What is a fee protection scheme?

A fee protection scheme pays the professional fees required to provide the right level of representation should you be subject to an investigation enquiry or dispute with the tax authorities. The scheme we offer is Taxsure, the UK’s leading fee protection scheme.

Why do we recommend that all our clients subscribe to our fee protection scheme?

• Anyone who completes a tax return could be selected at random for an investigation or enquiry.
• In the tax year 2005-06 the number of investigations and enquiries by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) equated to approximately one every 30 seconds of the working day.*
